The story of a photographer

Hi, I’m Hailee.

I’m the kind of person who will stop mid conversation because the light hit something just right. I notice details, collect moments, and somehow always end up turning them into a story.

Photography came naturally to me in that way. I didn’t just want to take photos, I wanted to capture a feeling. The kind you can’t quite explain, but you know it when you see it. That’s what I bring into my work, whether I’m photographing a brand or a couple. It should feel real, a little effortless, and completely your own.

When I’m not shooting, I’m usually out exploring somewhere new or digging through thrift stores looking for pieces with history. I collect vintage teacups and small trinkets that probably mean nothing to anyone else but feel like tiny time capsules to me. My Siamese cat, Soap, is almost always nearby, usually observing everything like he’s part of the creative process.

I’m drawn to people and brands who care about the details, who want something that feels different without trying too hard. If that sounds like you, we’ll probably get along really well.
